- Check for pest activity (droppings, nests)
- Flush toilets / run water in unused bathrooms (prevents sewer gas smell, trap evaporation)

- Verify sump pump operation (if applicable)
- Check garage door and interior garage door
- Light/blind rotation
Utility Systems
- Verify power is on
- Verify water is on (listen for running-water sounds indicating leaks)
- Check water heater for leaks
- Note any error codes on furnace/AC/water heater
